What is the difference between subscription options?
We want you to get exactly what you want. If flexibility and the ability to change your mind is most important to you, our Month-to-Month subscription offers frequency choice (one Cookie Box every month or every other month) and the ability to cancel anytime. If it's most important to you to get the very best deal possible (and a free Cookie Box!), you may want to go for our 12-Month subscription instead. Either way, you’ll always be able to swap your selected Cookie Box, skip deliveries, and add extra boxes or shop anytime with exclusive 10% off* VIP pricing.

When will I get my first Cookie Box?
After you choose your subscription and complete the checkout process, you'll receive an email about your first delivery. You'll have the opportunity to swap the Cookie Box we selected for another, and to add additional Cookie Boxes for $28.95 per box (save $16). After the change window noted in your email has passed, your first Cookie Box will ship and be on its way to your door. Shipping is always free, and your delivery arrives within 5-7 business days.
Will I know when to expect my next Cookie Box?
Yes! We’ll send you an email 14 days before each automatic delivery ships, so that you have lots of time to make changes or add extra boxes to your delivery. You can also log in to your account at any time to see upcoming deliveries, make changes to your subscription, or do some extra shopping with 10% off* VIP pricing.

Nope! Shipping of your subscription Cookie Box is always on us.
Do I get to choose which Cookie Box I get?
You're always in control. Ahead of each delivery, we’ll select the best Cookie Box for the season from our collections. For example, if Thanksgiving is coming up within your next delivery window, we’ll offer you the limited-edition Thanksgiving Cookie Box. That said, if you’ve got your eye on something else, you can choose a different Cookie Box instead, and you can always add additional boxes to your delivery for just $28.95 per box.
