Returns
Our 30-day 100% Happiness Guarantee means that if you or your dog aren't happy, we'll make it right.
To maintain our SQF certification, we are required to not accept our cookies back once it has left our bakery since due to our cookies being a perishable, editable item. If you are dissatisfied with your order or your pup doesn't love the cookies, within 30 days of purchase, you may submit for a refund.
Please find another pup or organization that may enjoy the cookies or dispose of them if you wish to discontinue use.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund/store credit or exchange. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us right away! Please note that occasionally, certain items will be noted as a final sale. These items do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Contact info@wufers.com for return instructions.
Breakage/Damages
If your product is damaged, melted or broken upon delivery, we are happy to give a code for the value of the item that was damaged. A store credit (in the form of a discount code) for only the damaged items is available. Please reach out to our team to receive your code (info@wufers.com).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your request with photo evidence, we will send you an email to notify you that we processing the request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded within 30 days, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wufers.com with your proof of purchase.
