Returns

Our 30-day 100% Happiness Guarantee means that if you or your dog aren't happy, we'll make it right. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us right away!

To maintain our SQF certification, we are required to not accept product back once it has left our bakery. If you are dissatisfied with your order or your pup doesn't love the cookies, within 30 days of purchase, you may inquire with our Support Team (info@wufers.com). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please note that occasionally, certain items will be noted as a final sale. These items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Build Your Own

The 'Build Your Own' product offered on our website only includes the cookies. The Wufers Glass Cookie jar, or any other add-on products as a promotion with any cookie package, are sold separately. Please make sure to read the product description for details. 

Broken & Melted Cookies...

If your product is damaged or broken upon delivery, we are happy to give a code for the value of the item that was damaged. A store credit (code) for only the damaged items is available. If you wish a refund for the broken items, please contact info@wufers.com with photo evidence.

Cancelling Your Order

Once your order is placed and you have received your confirmation, our fulfillment team will ship your order within 12-24 hours. Due to this turnaround time, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you require to change the address on your order, we recommend placing a new order and contacting our Support Team (info@wufers.com). If we are able, we will do out best to accommodate you!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wufers.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded within 30 days, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wufers.com with your proof of purchase.
