Where are Wüfers cookies made?

Our treats are proudly made in London, Ontario, Canada, using locally sourced, human-grade ingredients. We develop all of our recipes in our own test kitchen, and each Cookie Box is baked, packaged, and shipped right from our bakery.

Are Wüfers cookies safe for my dog?

Our dogs are family, and the safety and quality of our gourmet dog treats is incredibly important to us. All of the ingredients in our cookie and frosting recipes are locally sourced, human-grade, and recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America.

All Wüfers gourmet dog treats and Cookie Boxes are produced and packaged in accordance with recognized manufacturing practices and all federal, state, and local regulations.

We humans enjoy a fun treat or sweet indulgence as part of our own fulfilled lives, and the same goes for our dogs – our cookies are meant to be given as a treat, and should never replace your dog's regular, balanced meals.

What are the ingredients?

You can find a full listing of our cookie and frosting ingredients, as well as calorie content and Guaranteed Analysis, on each product page as well as on our dedicated ingredients page

Our frosting is a yogurt-based, dog-friendly confectionery coating, safe for dogs and appropriate for a treat. The frosting ingredients are sugar, palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, vanilla, dried whey, and food coloring. We use both natural and artificial food colouring, all of which are recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America.

What if my dog doesn't like the cookies?

Based on the happy reviews of thousands of dogs and dog parents, we can safely say that's not likely! Our gourmet dog treats are baked fresh in our own North American bakery, using ingredients that most dogs love, like apples and peanut butter. Our ingredients are locally sourced and human-grade, and have been tested and approved as safe for dogs.

Of course, while the majority of dogs go a little crazy for our cookies, all dogs are unique and have their own tastes, preferences, and sensitivities. Should you find your dog is just not that into us, please contact us! We'll be happy to refund or replace your order.
My dog is small – will they be able to eat the larger cookies?

We love little pups! Although some of our cookies are as large as 6 inches, your small dog can absolutely still enjoy them. Many of our pup-parents with small but mighty dogs find breaking or cutting the cookies into smaller pieces is helpful.

What’s the shelf life of your cookies?

We specially bake our cookies to remove excess moisture, helping to extend shelf life. Each treat in your Cookie Box is individually wrapped in recyclable plastic packaging to further preserve freshness. Because of these steps, our dog cookies are tested and approved to last for up to 15 months from the time we bake them.

We recommend leaving your cookies in their sealed wrappers until it's time for a lucky pup or two to enjoy them, and storing them on a cool, dry shelf. Do not freeze or refrigerate. 

How many treats are in a Cookie Box?

The exact number of cookies and treats in each of our themed Cookies Boxes varies, but the weight of all packaged boxes is 800g/1.76lbs. You can find precise information about the number and type of cookies and treats in each box within the product’s description. 

Can I send a Wüfers Cookie Box as a gift?

Absolutely – it's the best way to say "I love you" in dog! When sending a gift directly to the recipient, make sure you enter their name and address as SHIPPING DETAILS at checkout. Sorry, we do not currently offer a gift note option.

Can I customize a Cookie Box?

All Wüfers Cookie Boxes are baked and packaged in a carefully planned process to ensure your cookies look and taste their best when they arrive. For this reason, we're unable to substitute or customize the contents of your Cookie Box at this time.

 

 

Ordering, Shipping, Returns

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours, or the next business day for orders placed on holidays and weekends. Following processing, standard shipping will generally arrive within 3-5 business days when delivering to the contiguous United States.

Standard shipping is always free on orders over $30! Paid 2-day express shipping is also available at checkout, depending on your location. Please note that orders being delivered to Hawaii or Alaska may require more than 3-5 business days for delivery.

If you suspect that your order may be lost, please email our friendly Customer Support team.

Where can I find my order tracking number?

You will find your order tracking number in the shipping notification email you received from us. If you have trouble finding it, send us a message and we will be happy to help you!

I didn't receive a confirmation email – did my order go through?

It doesn't happen often, but occasionally order confirmations can be delayed or end up being marked as spam by your email provider. If you received an order number as part of your checkout, your order has gone through. Be sure to save your order number for your records. Contact us if you need any help!

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact our support team if you would like to make changes to your order. Orders can only be changed during the processing stage, so act quickly! If your order has already been shipped, our team will help you find another solution to make sure you get exactly what you wanted.

We ship all across the USA. To shop in Canada, please use this link.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free on orders that total $30 or more at checkout. This total is before taxes and shipping, and excludes products added to your order after checkout via post-purchase offers that may be made.

In a rush? You will find express shipping available at checkout, with prices varying depending on your location.

How do returns and refunds work?

Our 100% Happiness Guarantee means that if you or your dog aren't happy, we'll make it right. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us right away! You can return or replace your order within 60 days of receiving it, unless the item was noted as a final sale at the time of purchase. 

My order arrived damaged or is incorrect. What now?

We carefully package each Cookie Box in our bakery to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. Sometimes, once your order leaves our hands, disappointments can happen, but we will always make it right. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please reach out to info@wufers.com right away. Include photos of your order as you received it, as well as a photo of your shipping label, to help speed the process along.

We will always stand by our 60-day 100% Happiness Guarantee, and will make sure that you receive the quality you expect, and the product you wanted. Please note that occasionally, certain items will be noted as a final sale. These items do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment from all major credit card companies, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Payments, in the eligible countries.

Are payments at Wufers.com secure?

Yes! All payments at wufers.com are handled by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. The Cookie Club is an even better way to celebrate life with your dog. Get your choice of themed Cookie Box delivered monthly or every other month, depending on the subscription you choose. Skip a delivery anytime, add to your deliveries for just $28.95 per box, and shop between deliveries with 10% off VIP pricing! 

What are my subscription options?

We want you to get exactly what you want! Our most flexible option is the Month-to-Month subscription, which allows you to select delivery frequency of every month or every other month. This subscription bills monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Our 12 Month subscription gets you the lowest price per Cookie Box, plus a free birthday or gotcha day box, and is billed annually. If you have a 12 Month subscription and wish to cancel early, see further details below. No matter which subscription you go for, you’ll always be able to choose your next Cookie Box, skip a delivery, add extra boxes for $28.95, or shop anytime with exclusive VIP pricing of 10% off.

When will I get my first Cookie Box?

Get excited, because it won’t be long! Your first Cookie Box ships right away. Shipping is always free, and arrives within 3-5 business days. Subsequent orders will ship on either the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on the date you signed up. You'll get an email letting you know when to expect each delivery!

Do I get to choose which Cookie Box I get?

Yes! Ahead of each delivery, we’ll choose the best Cookie Box for the season as our box of the month, but if you and your dog want something else, you can simply make a swap in your subscription account, choosing another box from the options shown, anytime up to 5 days before the shipment date. You can also add additional boxes to your delivery for just $28.95 per box. If you do not make any changes, the Cookie Box we’ve selected for you will automatically ship.

Does shipping cost extra?

Nope! Regular Cookie Club shipping is always on us.

Will I know when my next Cookie Box delivery is coming?

We’ll send you an email 14 days before your next Cookie Club delivery ships, so that you know what to expect, and have lots of time to make any changes. Log in to your account to see what we’ve selected, swap it for a different Cookie Box, add extra boxes for $28.95, or skip this delivery. You always have until 5 days before the next shipment date to make changes.

Will I get all of the holiday Cookie Boxes with my subscription?

We’ve set up our subscriptions so that you never have to miss out. You’ll always have first access to our holiday and limited-edition Cookie Boxes, all year long. Ahead of each delivery, we’ll select the best Cookie Box for the season from our current collections, but you’ll always be able to swap that for a different box or add additional boxes for $28.95, to make sure you get exactly what you want. If you missed adding something to a scheduled delivery or want to send a gift, you can also shop between deliveries with 10% off VIP pricing in our shop (some restrictions apply).

What if I have more than one dog?

First of all, lucky you! The more pups the merrier, and a Cookie Club subscription is perfect for homes with multiple dogs. As a Cookie Club member, not only do you get a great price on your first Cookie Box, but you can add extra boxes for just $28.95 each to any delivery. A Cookie Club subscription is definitely the best way to get more cookies at a better price.

Can I add extra Cookie Boxes to my regular delivery?

More cookies, more fun, right? Add extra Cookie Boxes to your regular delivery anytime for $28.95 per Cookie Box.

Can I skip a delivery if I’m going to be away or cookies are piling up?

Yes, and it's simple to do so. Just log in to your account at least 5 days before your next shipment date to skip a delivery. Your subscription won’t change, and you’ll get subsequent upcoming shipment notices and deliveries as normal.

When will I be billed?

If you choose the Month-to-Month subscription, you’ll be billed every time a delivery is shipped, either monthly or every other month, depending on the frequency you choose. If you skip a delivery, you will not be billed that month. If you choose the 12 Month subscription, you’ll be billed yearly, and you’ll receive a free Birthday Girl, Birthday Boy, or Gotcha Day Cookie Box when it’s time for your pup’s big day.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We understand that sometimes things change. Month-to-Month subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account, as long as it is more than 5 days before your next shipment date.

If you chose a 12 Month subscription, you will need to reach out to info@wufers.com to discuss early cancelation. Approved 12 Month subscription cancelations will be issued as store credit in the form of gift cards, based on the time left in your subscription, as follows:

11 months left - $400 credit
10 months left - $350 credit
9 months left - $300 credit
8 months left - $250 credit
7 months left - $200 credit
6 months left - $150 credit
5 months left - $100 credit
4 months left - $50 credit
1-3 months left - sorry, no credit issued
